fill/cut custom widget in experience builder

I would like to create fill/cut custom widget in experience builder web app. Can anybody advise how to achieve this? How to approach to this task? What steps I need to do? I saw presentation, that it's possible, it requires altitude input from user and it calculating fill/cut  volumes from terrain.
