Widget for export polygon of scene layer FGDB, DAE, FBX, GLTF, OBJ formats, experience builder

Hello,
my goal is to create a widget , which exports Region of Interesting of scene layer (3d objects) FGDB, DAE, FBX, GLTF, OBJ formats and TIFF of terrain. For now I'm only able to filter polygon (photo), but can't find how to export/download this region for example to local computer or to ArcGIS Online account (data will be available for everyone). Is it possible at all?
