I know there was an update last night, but this morning, my Experience Builder apps are not loading, at all. The EB starting page loads fine, but then when I click on an app to open in the editor, it loads the builder aspects, and part of a basemap, but none of the data in the map, and I can't actually interact with the page, can't edit the app, click on any of the items in the page, view it in live mode, nothing.
After multiple minutes of sitting, waiting, this is still all I have loaded of my page. The map and all it's data load fine in Map Viewer, but the app does not load at all.
If I sit staring at the page long enough, I get the "Page Unresponsive, Wait or Exit" notice from Chrome. I cleared my browser cache, with no improvement.
Is this because of last night's update? Everything worked fine yesterday.
@alni, thank you for sharing the screenshot. The app loading issue is related to the Table widget. Since the issue you reported concerns the Chart widget, could you please provide a reproducible sample for us to investigate or create a ticket via Esri Support?
@CharGod @AaronMannIFS , Thank you for letting us know. The issue of not being able to create new apps has been addressed. Could you please help confirm if it is working for you?
@MT_JenAmes We have also encountered the issue with extremely slow and unresponsive load times. Loading the Experience Builder app directly rather than the version embedded in the webpage has been more successful but is still only intermittently functional.
@AaronMannIFS, We’re still looking into the issue with existing apps that include the Table widget and do not load or load slowly, mentioned earlier in this thread.
