Hello, I'm making a product on Experience Builder that comprises of a main map that the client can pan and zoom and there is also an insert map, which is static and shows an overview.

What I'd like to do is have an Extent Indicator on the insert map showing the position of the main map currently being viewed. This is the same concept as the Extent Indicator in ArcGIS Pro, that can be displayed on a layout.

I can't seem to find a way to implement this, so any insights to a possible solution would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @dom_rene,

There is an Enhancement support ticket for this - ENH-000159699.

Where can we find the status of this idea?

@TonghuiMing @dom_rene I'd also like to use this in my projects. Is this on the ExB Roadmap for 2024?

You can find schedules for planned features in the roadmap in our blog channel, such as the following for Year 2024 - Overview map:
