embedded Experience Builder app wont load on iphone

We have an embedded experience builder map in a story map. The embed works great on a computer screen but on a phone I get an error with a link to the experience builder instead

How do I:

1 - get the app to load on a phone?

2 - if it cant, how can I alter the pop up text so it has a title and description?

Could you update the sharing settings of the Storymap so that I can access it to test?

As an alternative, you could just add a text box with the title and description of the Experience Builder app and then also include the link in there?

@Dena-s I have found the solution - in the options of the embedded Experience Builder app, choose the 'Embed options' button and change this setting to 'Live' under the 'Small screens' section.
