EB Query Tool not highlighting all records created if more than one page of results. Additional odd behavior.

Something seems to have changed regarding the Query tool over the past several weeks. Started having issues querying larger datasets with more than a few hundred query results. My "Number of records per page" is set to 1000. Our organization started having issues when query results are in the hundreds. sometimes zero records appear in the results tab. I then change the "Number of records per page" to 100 and records start to appear, but the entire result isn't highlighted on the map, only the records on that first page of the results tab.

When querying data returns more than 100 features, we are forced to select each page to get them to highlight on the map and then half the time the entire program freezes as we select pages and we're forced to refresh the tab and try again.

Has anything changed with the Query tool over the past few weeks and is anyone experiencing issues querying datasets that return several hundred results?

Here's one example of odd behavior. The query tool highlighted what was queried but no records appear in the query result tab. I'm attempting workarounds but there is so much strange behavior when querying larger results that it feels like something changed with the query tool that introduced a bug.

Here we have the same query that returns 657 results yet none are loaded in the results tab and none appear highlighted on the map. The only change from the last image/post was that I increased the "Number of records per page" to 1,000 (from 100).

The dataset I'm querying is Montana Parcels (Cadastral Parcels) either from here: 

https://gisservicemt.gov/arcgis/rest/services/MSDI_Framework/Parcels/MapServer

or here:

Both sources present the same issue.

I've queried other hosted feature layers with over 1,000 records and I experience the same behavior with those too.
