How would one customize the loading screen used by Experience Builder developer edition? It doesn't seem like modifying the root index.html page does anything as the "loading" div is set to not display almost immediately.
If I comment out the "app" div, my "loading" div customization works as expected, but once the "app" div is enabled, you never see it.
Just curious if the "app" div has CSS that can be modified to replace the default loading?
