Customize highlight color, fill transparency and halo >> Create my own renderer for highlight selection

Hi

I need to achieve this highlight (selection color) with Experience Builder Developer Edition: 

The best we can do is hack into the \arcgis-map\src\runtime\components\mapbase.tsx 

Is there a way I could create my own renderer and somehow substitute it?
