Previously, we had Enterprise 10.8.1 and for the Experience builder apps, we used the Developer Version and used them by deploying the exb apps in the IIS.
We created and applied a Custom Theme to the Exb apps.
We recently upgraded to Enterprise 11.1 - and one of the key features is the ability to add a Custom Exb widget in Enterprise.
However, we realized that we cannot use a Custom Theme for the Enterprise's default ExB.
Any way to be able to use a custom Theme in the Enterprise's default ExB?
We need to use a custom Theme because we set the colors, margins, fonts etc.
Hi @HeesuLee ,
Thanks for your feedback. Could you share more information?
How do you create your custom theme? From configured manually from builder- theme editor or developed the custom theme? Where do you save?
Thanks,
Wei
@Wei_Ying
Hi, sorry for the late reply.
We have developed a custom theme that we have put in the "arcgis-experience-builder-1.10\ArcGISExperienceBuilder\client\your-extensions\themes" directory.
Basically, we would like to use the custom Themes that we created in the Portal's default ExB apps as well.
It there any way to put Custom ExB Themes into Portal?
Hi @HeesuLee ,
Sorry that currently it is not supported to use custom theme in Portal directly. You can only use it with developer edition now. A workaround now is: you may import your apps to dev edition, apply the custom theme, and then download and deployed it to your portal.
Thanks,
Wei
Hi @Wei_Ying,
Do you expect that deployment of experience builder custom themes to Portal will be available in an upcoming release?
Hi @JosephO_Connell ,
Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, there is not such plan yet.
But I logged it as an enhancement request inside the team, so we will investigate if we can achieve it.
Thanks,
Wei
