Hello,
Within the Printing Widget of my Experience Builder, I am not given an option within the Template Configuration panel to choose a Custom Layout Template as an option.
Now within the Map Viewer of the map I am using within Experience Builder, I am able to select the Custom Layout Template and print the map accordingly.
Why is my Custom Layout Template not appearing within the options of the Print Widget in Experience Builder?
I am open to any and all suggestions of fixes to this issue.
To follow up, it seems that my question is actually not possible yet on Experience Builder for AGOL. It seems that it is only functional for Enterprise. However, a follow up, does anyone know when that functionality is coming to ArcGIS Online?
This functionality (to pick an organization template from AGOL's print service) is currently in beta. Because of that ExB print widget doesn't support this.
Unfortunately we don't have any timeline on the functionality will come out of beta at this point.
It seems that it is only functional for Enterprise
yes, that is correct. If you use a print service off your enterprise, then it is supported in ExB print widget.
This would also be helpful for me! Thanks for posting @ckellow and for your response @TanuHoque. Any update on a timeline?
unfortunately I don't have any updates at this point.
My organization just upgraded to Enterprise 11.5 and I seem to have lost this functionality in ExB. We were on 11.3 before and I was able to easily select a custom template from right within ExB. Any reason or updates as to why I can no longer do this at 11.5?
We had the same thing happen to us. On 11.3 we could easily pick a custom layout stored in our contents. After upgrading to 11.5 this options has gone away. @TanuHoque any insight here? Does a setting need to be changed?
Luckily, it still seems to remember the the old template that we had at 11.3, but if someone asks for a change to it, I won't know how to proceed since this option is missing.
