Change Widget Status With Dynamic Content Result

Hello All,

I have an ExB dashboard and keep a running count of, in my case attendee signups using dynamic content.

The data is from Survey123 via the ExB survey widget. If for instance SUM({Adult(s) Attending Saturday}) reaches 150 I'd like to 1) hide the survey widget or 2) link the user to a page that says the survey is closed. Whatever it would take to not allow the Survey to be taken. 

Any suggestions would be very helpful and appreciated.
