Bookmark widget does not honor scene map's building explorer categories visibility

I tried different settings, but in EB after import bookmarks from scene map. It does not honor "Disciplines & Categories" layer visibility settings from the original scene map. Same issue with Story Maps. It's almost impossible to build an app that shows all slide and building explorer settings.
