How can a tree view style interface be implemented in ArcGIS Experience Builder just like the layer navigation in ArcGIS Pro so that clicking different options displays corresponding information, while keeping the same basemap ??
You can use the Map Layers widget in EXB. This will give you a "contents pane" style list of layers in the webmap. You can manually hide/unhide layers and conduct some basic statistics and filtering, too.
