ARCGIS Experience Builder Too Many Features

Hello, I am having an issue with Experience Builder that just works in the old Web App Builder. I am trying to set up a donut pie chart to display the "inspected by" field on a dataset of points. There are 13,434 points, but only three categories of "inspected by. It says I am limited to 300 slices, but there should only be three slices to the chart as there are only three people in the inspected by selection. Not understanding how to resolve this, and why it picks up all points as a slice.

Thanks

@GISGCUD, it would help to see how you have the chart configured. For example, do you have your "inspected by" field set as the category?

I have set my "inspected by" field as the category, and the categories display correctly when I try to customize the colors and other settings. I will attach a screenshot of the chart config.

I'm stumped why the chart would say you have 13k+ slices if there are truly only 3 unique categories in that field (default data view). Since it seems like you're saying the 13,434 figure is also the number of points in the dataset, maybe try changing the statistic from count to sum (though to get that many slices, you'd have to be trying to categorize by the object ID or something, and you aren't).

If you try re-making the chart (drag in a new widget, don't duplicate this one), maybe that will work?

If you find what the issue is, please post it here!

Thanks for your help, but I don't understand this either. I'm not sure why ESRI has tools that worked fine, and then they remove features and make the others harder to use. I tried recreating the whole dashboard with the same result. I also changed to SUM with the same result. I guess I will try to submit a ticket with ESRI and see if they have any ideas. If I get a resolution, I will post it here.
