We’d like Experience Builder to support action to show search results on the map, with a marker, even when the layer being searched isn’t visible. This is useful when using “Add custom search source” to dynamically add search layers at runtime.
When using custom search sources, it’s currently not possible to use the “Show on Map” action to mark the result. The map pans to the location and shows a popup, but there’s no visible marker. This makes it hard for users to understand where the result is.
Let the “Show on Map” action work with add custom sources with action when record selection changes. Make sure search results are always visibly marked on the map.
