When configuring the query widget in EB to create an attribute filter, I use the SQL Expression Builder which opens a window to configure how the query will look, function, and allow user input. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible to re-order your clauses after you enter them. I've created an expression to allow our end users to filter Storm Mains by different attributes, and I have them in a particular order based on how we've configured the pop-up for that layer. I forgot to put in a clause for two attributes that I need to add about halfway down the clause list but since I can't re-order the clauses I am forced to delete several clauses until I get to the point where I wanted to add the ones I initially missed.

I've run into this issue as well. In my case, I have a clause at the bottom of the list that I'd prefer to have at the top. Currently, the only way to accomplish this is to delete all the clauses and start from scratch.

A very useful idea is to allow the user to simply drag and drop clauses within the SQL Expression Builder to rearrange the order of them. It would save a lot of time and effort not only for the initial development, but also for making modifications at a later date.
