Currently, the map widget has the capability to set a custom extent with constraints in Experience Builder. This functionality is only adjustable by zooming in or out using your mouse (and keyboard shortcuts, I believe). Adding a map widget to an Experience Builder will display the extent last saved for that web map. With this in mind, adding the capability to set the map scale from the map widget will enhance display precision. Additionally, adding this functionality will improve the user experience by alleviating the need to settle for the limited options of the existing custom extent setting and providing the convenance of making map-related adjustments in one place through the Experience Builder.
