Hide Update Only Layers from Create Features in Edit Widget

Right now, I can turn off add and delete in the Edit widget settings for each layer in the map. This is great, however it is a little confusing if I have Add turned off, and the layer is still listed under Create Features. A user can go through and fill out all the details, but then it gives an error when I click Create. So it's a little misleading, so the idea is just that only the layers with Add enabled are listed under Create Features.
