Context: A zoning layer has its categories / symbology defined by a single field. There are generally twenty to thirty zoning categories. Currently filters of these zoning categories can't be grouped in such a way that each zoning category gets its own filter, but specific types of zoning that are related, such as residential zoning, can be grouped together for easy and simple visual tracking. The order of these zoning filters either has to be alphabetical or seemingly random to a general viewer / user of the application. Having multiple clauses in a single filter does not fit this situation as, in that situation, only a single title for the filter can be provided. As an example, if a single filter was set to have four separate zoning category clauses, you would either be faced with having a title that includes all four names of these categories together or a simplification to a group name that a member of the general public likely won't be able to understand / identify.
Ideas: Provide the ability to group filters into groups. These groups should be able to be named. As an example consider six (6) zoning filters with three being residential zoning and the other three being commercial zoning. There would be one group called Residential for the three residential zoning filters, and another group called Commercial for the three commercial zoning filters.
