Hello everyone,

It is currently availaible to export an elevation profile, but only as a CSV format. Would it be possible to export the profile directly to other file formats (PDF or DXF/DWG)? It would be useful to print these elevation profiles instead of having to build them back in Excel every time! Last year it was suggested to print the entire page. The results wouldn't have the quality we need for using it.

There may be an option for me to link it to FME Processes that redoes the line chart, but because it's an external Software and it won't display exactly the same information, I have uploaded this question as an idea for ESRI.

You can use Data action in other widgets to Export the selection or the Elevation Profile output to a new item in your organization or using another formats such as GeoJSON. You need to connect the other widget (e.g., Feature Info) to the statistics output generated by the Elevation Profile widget.

See sample: Elevation Profile Export

This exports the full line and the statistics.

Let me know if this helps with your workflow.

Thank you very much @AlixVezina for your quick answer. This was an option I hadn't explored. Unfortunately, it doesn't fulfill my request.

Although I can configure the widgets 'Feature Info' an 'Query' to display the elevation profile data as output, it only seems to display the general statistics of the profile, nothing alike the .csv export from the elevation profile itself, whose graphics I could replicate with this information. The exported item is a Feature Layer with spatial information, although it's just tabular information.

The other option is the 'Chart' widget, which should theoretically be able to reach the current elevation profile to construct a similar chart, but I couldn't manage to make it work (it looks like it can only reach the Statistics of the elevation profile).

My main interest would be to be able to have the elevation profile itself (especially with the intersected features)  either printed or sent to 3rd parties unrelated to my Enterprise App. In its current state it's an useful widget, but this would be a good way to convince my potential clients to use Experience Builder more often.
