Currently, the only members of an organization who have permission to view or edit a "work-in-progress" web experience template are the "Administrator" of the organization account and the "Owner" of the web experience template. With the template published, and sharing with "organization," the administrator has to change "ownership" of the template in order for specific team members within the organization to work on it. I've created/set up/shared templates for the team to work on but without changing the owner to each individual, they cannot access.... Can this be updated so anyone within the organization can access shared web experiences or templates? Customized roles for content creators and editors that have "full" access have been created.
