Bullet point color match text format color and not theme.

I would like to see the bullet points match the text formatting in a text box.  Currently I am trying to use white text and bullet points but the vivid theme forces the bullet points to be black instead of white like the text.  When I go into the theme and customize the color pallet to give me white bullet points it makes all the text of my map layers white as well.  The issue is the background of the layer widget is also white and not configurable either so now I cant read the list of layers.

Following the November 2024 update, the color of bullets or numbering can be adjusted to match the color of the Text widget box. Please see the steps in video.
