Add a summary table widget to ExB

There's a function in the table widget in Dashboard that allows a feature layer to be summarized (grouped) by an attribute.  This would be a very useful addition to ExB. 

I have a dashboard that would very much benefit from being migrated to ExB, but can't be migrated until this feature is present in ExB.

Below is a screenshot of the widget capability in use within a dashboard. This is what I'd like to see in ExB.

Why this is not a functionality within the table widget, just like a dashboard, makes no sense. This would be awesome!
