Ability to share basemaps from basemap gallery via Share Widget

In Web App Builder you can successfully share a basemap from the basemap gallery via the Share Widget, as seen in our public facing application:

We are currently rebuilding this application as an Experience Builder application and have discovered that no matter what you change the basemap to via the Basemap Gallery widget, it is not honoured via the Share Widget, however, operational layers in the Layer List are honoured. 

We would like to see this Share Widget functionality migrate over from Web App Builder to Experience Builder.

Here is a sample use case. Our ExB site uses a default topographic basemap and contains many layers, including a 'Wetlands' layer. Ecologists normally view this wetlands layer over air photos to confirm the wetland extents. 

When using the Share Widget with the Wetlands layer turned on and the air photos basemap selected, the share link does not capture the basemap. The end user receiving the shared url would need to manually switch the basemap each time. It would be much better if the share link included the basemap.
