Version 1.9 of ArcGIS Experience Builder developer edition is now available. It picks up features from the June update of the online edition, and allows you to override webpack config and add widget dependencies in your widget folder. See the release blog for more information.

The server is running fine but I am having an error running "npm ci" in client. 

npm ERR! code 1
npm ERR! path .\client\node_modules\node-sass
npm ERR! command failed

I'm using Node.JS LTS "node-v18.12.0-x64" (Windows 10).

Update:

The client installation went through with "node-v17.9.1-x64" but with some vulnerabilities.
