I'm trying to upload videos (.mov, .mp4) from my smartphone but keep encountering this issue. Any solutions?

Regarding your question.
1. Are you attempting to upload a single video file or a video file + metadata file?
>> a single video file
2. What size and file extension is the video file?
>> Approximately 468,142 KB and other files not exceeding 3 GB.
3. Is this a Windows or Linux environment?
>> Windows
4. Is this ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and ArcGIS Excalibur v3.0?
>> yes
5. Can you open your Developer Tools and have the Network tab open and attempt your workflow again? Specifically interested in seeing the Network call that gets made when you see the error?
Does the video file upload successfully? Or does it error out during upload?
If the upload is successful, does it error out during the service creation?

Thank you for that information. It will be useful to see the traffic on the `create`, and job (`j0302ac...`) network calls. See the Preview and Response of those three calls will be important.
