We have tools created in ArcObject which perform functions in the editing event, e.g create feature event. We are going to move ArcGIS Pro. I thought we can use AG Pro SDK (.Net) to create tools. However ESRI reps told me to investigate Webhooks functions and see if we can use webhooks to replace desktop tools. I have been reading and watching videos about webhooks but i have not found a sample which deal with feature service editing events. BTW, we are moving to utility network so we will edit the feature service with portal.
I do not know if webhooks can replace the desktop tools to perform functions during feature creation event. Please help.
