Web tool error message, 'Invalid geoprocessing service.' Not sure, why.

Probably making a very obvious mistake here, but cannot find documentation to help clarify. I have created a model with the Extract Data Task tool, run it, and shared it as a web tool. I am getting the following error when I insert the url of the tool into the Screening widget Extract Data Task download setting.

The model has the Extract Data Task in it, so I don't understand what the problem is here. Maybe just simple steering in the right direction is all I need (hopefully?).
