Check to ensure that you are not using apps or templates that are retired or incompatible with the upgraded enterprise system.
Instead of user levels users are licenced by user type. ensure that you have the appropriate number of user licences and that user types have been migrated across correctly after the upgrade.
you will need to set up a default user type and role to enable new users to automatically create a new account.
if you have any custom scripts or tools that interact with the enterprise API directly - there are some changes in the API that occurred at version 10.7.
