Unable to generate the CSR file for Arcgis server Linux 10.8

Could you please share the solution if any one face the issue earlier.

we are tryong to generate the CSR file but status is success but unble to see the  new CSR file in arcgis/admin/machines/xxxx.com/sslcertificates. it is created zero-size file inside the server installation iunder machine path.

Could you please hot resolve this issue

   Would you mind expanding on your end goal with this workflow? Are you trying to secure port level access to ArcGIS Server?
