The organization I work for is interested in using Survey123 to collect data in the field. It's a simple form that allows users to fill out information on their devices. They also attach a couple photos to the survey. One of the concerns that came up is since each survey has photo attachments, it would quickly fill up space in the portal. Is this a legitimate concern when hosting the survey feature layer in portal? One solution is to migrate the surveys into SQL Server but is this necessary? I don't know how many surveys will be collected but I estimate around a couple hundred per year.
