Hello,
I have two features service layer on a webmap with labels enabled, one upon another. The labels from the underneath feature layer are not displayed. I want to use vertical alignment to shift labels on one layer up and the other layer down, so labels will be displayed.
Unfortunately, I don't see vertical alignment option when editing label properties.
Is there a solution?
