I am following these instructions to create a printing service in Enterprise 10.9.1:

https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/tutorial-publish-additional-...

I have followed all the instructions and when I get down to the "Share a printing web tool to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal" portion I am getting an error:

Others say Report Item ID instead of Layer Item ID, but you get the IDea 🙂

Any one know why I'm getting this error and how I can fix it?

Thanks in advance.

For those who run into this error...apparently it's a compatibility error with Enterprise 10.9.1 and ArcPro 3.2.1.

00256: Server version <value> tool <value> does not have new parameter—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

What version of Pro would allow this operation?
