I am sharing a map with another organization in ArcGIS Enterprise, and every time they try to access the map, they are prompted to enter their credentials for the server that is sharing the map. Is there a way to save these credentials to avoid double authentication?

Add the service as an item, with credentials embedded. Then share the added item / add it to Web Maps (don't add the original service URL).
