Hello!
I am interested if there is any publicly available stream layer that Esri provides? I would like to try it and use it for testing and visualization but don't have my own layer yet.
I found this one in one of the presentations, but it doesn't seem like working: https://bgsp.jupem.gov.my/arcgis_js_api/sdk/samples/layers_streamlayer/
Best regards,
Ana
Which area are you looking for? The USGS has a national hydrography dataset.

Don't know if we're on the same page with the 'stream layer'. I thought of this: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/stream-layers.htm
not the streams in terms of hydrology.
Is there a reason you aren't using the one referenced in the help page you shared?

Here's one that is used in the Oversee Snowplows in Real-Time ArcGIS Learn lesson: https://realtimegis2016.esri.com:6443/arcgis/rest/services/SandyVehicles/StreamServer
