Problems with administrative acess WebAdaptor

Hi,

I installed two web adaptor´s one no administrative and other administrative. Both with different names!

I´m using the same administrative account from AD for both web adaptor´s. But in administrative web adaptor (with administrative option checked)...I can´t acess yet!! My windows session is logged with the same user used in administrative Web Adaptor.

Somebody can help me?

That's not the correct error when administrative access is disable and you try to reach the Admin API or Manager. Can you reach https://server.domain.com:6443/arcgis/admin or https://server.domain.com:6443/arcgis/manager?
