I just upgraded from ArcGIS Server 10.2 to 10.6.  After the upgrade the default Utilities/PrintingTools GP Service does not have any tasks listed (see attached screen shot).  I believe this service should have a "Export Web Map Task" and a "Get Layout Templates Info Task."   Does anyone have any idea on what happened and/or how i can resolve this issue?  Thanks.

Upgraded from ArcGIS Server 10.5.1 to 10.6.1 and like others mentioned, the PrintingTools service was up and running but there were no Tasks that could be done on it.  Followed the instructions in the link provided and it fixed my issues.  I did have to go back into the Print Service and add in the Description, Tags and Summary back into the service because that was not added upon creation.  I also had to up the max number of instances to 2 from the defaulted 1.  Below is the description that is out of the box.

The PrintingTools service is used by web application developers to export the contents of a webmap to pdf, jpeg, png or other formats. This service is generally used in the context of providing applications with printing functionality.

This also happened to me while updating 10.5.1 to 10.6.1. The response to delete the toolbox and re-add it solved the issue for me.
