Hello,

We have a Portal for ArcGIS based in Azure installed with cloud builder. We had a problem with the SSL certificate. After we changed it. when we try to hit our URL https://gis.sanjuanciudadpatria.com/portal/home/  At the fist attempt it send me to this URL https://opotwebgis.eastus.cloudapp.azure.com/portal/home/  It seems to be my azure server URL instead of my URL that was assigned

If I removed the opotwebgis.eastus.... and change it to gis.sanjuanciudadpatria.com it start correctly.

How can I solved that at my fist attempt i can reach the portal?

Thanks for your help.

I don't see any redirects. I assume the Web Context URL was incorrect?

Hello @jonathan quinn I think that is my problem, If I write https://gis.sanjuanciudadpatria.com/portal it redirect me to the azure URL and this should stay  at the gis.sanjuan.. once it redirect me to the azure URL, i change the azure part to sanjuan... it works. as you can see here 2018-06-29 at 08-53-51.mp4

My question is, how can I solved this that at my fist attempt the url stays in gis.sanjuan...?

Thanks,
