Portal don´t start in Ubuntu

Hi,

I have installed Portal for arcgis on ubuntu, but after completing the installation the portal does not appear. I already started

the service but it doesn't work, I see that port 7443 is not listen

Can someone help me?

Hey Sorato Marques‌,

Have you completed the post install steps listed here?

Installing Portal for ArcGIS—Portal for ArcGIS (Linux) Installation Guide | ArcGIS Enterprise 

That will cover off starting the service when the machine is rebooted. If you are manually starting the service can you try out:

systemctl status arcgisportal.service

And let us know what the output is?

Otherwise you could try

journalctl -u service-name.service

Have you done the post install steps?

You need to copy the arcgisportal.service file to the /etc/systemd/system folder and create the system link.
