Popups fails on new map viewer?

We have a feature service, which when added in a classic map viewer works without any issues, which means I can open popup by clicking on the features. The same thing does not happen on new map viewer.

We also observed that when trying to click on features in new map viewer, server is generating SEVERE logs stating "Table does not have an OID", which is not true and we have an OID field.

We are using Ent 11.1 and the hosted feature service is a query feature class.

Hi Yogesh, is it really a hosted feature service, or it is a query table from an enterprise geodatabase?

The source of this feature service is a query layer.
