Is there an order you should follow to enable attachments, archiving, editor tracking on a Feature Classes

Yes, at least if you are planning to Enable Sync, such as if you are enabling the consumption of the existing layer in Survey123 Connect.  If you are doing it for Survey123 Connect, then the steps are performed in a certain order to enable the supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIDs setting. I just dont see in there the order...

1. Enable Attachments
2. Enable Editor Tracking
3. Enable Archiving

2. Enable Attachments
