I just completed the Notebook Server installation process and everything appeared to go well. Federation, and registering as a notebook server in Portal also completed successfully. However, when I click on the Notebook link in Portal, I get the following message:
The CA signed SSL Certificate is set up correctly.
Also, the manager page just hangs:
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I might be missing?
