Our nightly task for creating WEBGISDR didn't work last night and when I tried to find the log files in SHARED_LOCATION it is all empty
Here is the C:\\backup_shared_location_arcgis
And as you can see it is empty
Can you please let me if I am looking at wrong place or something else is happening?
When you run WebGISDR tool, there's an option to create an output file, which is equivalent to the logs.

By default, logs are generated at [Portal-installation-directory]\tools\webgisdr\webgisdr.log
