Not Able to Add Custom Styles in Map Viewer

I have shared a style that I created in Pro as a web style. The option to choose a different symbol in Map Viewer doesn't seem to be available. When I click to edit the symbol style, it just gives me the basic Color, Transparency, and Stroke options. Nothing about selecting or adding a different style. What am I missing?

What release of Enterprise are you working in?  If 11.2, there are problems with some installs where the style gallery(ies) did not install properly.

Either 11.1 or 11.2. We're in the middle of having a fresh build done because our last IT group made several mistakes. I'll bring this issue up in our next meeting.
