MapService published is different from its original mxd

[ATTACH=CONFIG]16252[/ATTACH]The published map service viewed in JavaScript API is different from its original mxd.  Should I delete the Map Service and then Create it again, or just run the Manage Map Service Tiles tool.

After a couple of days, I finally viewed the correct one.  V10.1 ArcGIS Server appears to have a problem in cache cleaning.
