License Manager for ArcGIS 10.7.1

I know for the upgrade to ArcGIS 10.7.0, the License Manager (LM) needed to be upgraded to 2018.0.  In order to use concurrent use licensing for beta Pro 2.4, the LM needed to be upgraded to 2018.1.  As such, will the upgrade to ArcGIS 10.7.1 for concurrent use licensing require the upgrade of the LM to 2018.1 as well?

I wonder if Esri is deploying updates in waves now like other vendors?  I see only see 2018.1:

If not, I would recommend you reach out to your Esri Account Manager. I am not aware of releasing it in waves. All of my clients obtain access at the same time.

George, I still see the same list, only 2018.1 as the latest available. I'll reach out. Thank you for the advice.

I just spot checked and saw that one of my clients only shows the 2018.1 like you have and not 2019.0

So now I am confused on how they roll it out. I would reach out to your Customer Service Rep and they may be able to help also.
