How to make Scene Layer become Scene Layer(Hosted)

I found there is two types of Scene layer in my Arcgis Portal Content.
When i try to use them in MapViewer, I found the scene layer with (hosted) will return data faster than the other type.
By the way, the feature layer without hosted because we move all the things from one computer to another computer with import portal site.

Could anyone tell me how to make the Scene Layer become hosted? 
And,what is different between them?
