Hi I am Jin-tae Kim, South Korea GIS User

I coudn't see Hosted Data.

Hi @Jin-taeKim,
The hosted services are not backed up using the ArcGIS Server backup. This is a configuration backup only.
To include all hosted data in a backup, please consider using WebGISDr https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/create-web-gis-backup.htm
As an alternative, you can backup the Datastore content alone using the following: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/data-store/latest/install/windows/data-store-utility-reference.htm#...
Greetings @Jin-taeKim
What version of ArcGIS Enterprise are you backing up?
According to the help pages for the Back UP utility, it should backup "... the ArcGIS Server site configuration", but does not say anything about the data. However, in the following article, Back up and restore the ArcGIS Server site configuration. Please, look at the section on Restoring a backup of your site.
Did you carry out the first step:
If you did not, that may be the reason why you are not seeing your hosted feature layers, perhaps?
Thank you for your help.
Unfortunately, I restored Server without registered ArcGIS Data Store type.
The Hosted folder is checked. Why is the data empty in the folder?

Thank you.
I think even if the Hosted Service is not backed up on ArcGIS Server, the data is in the Data Store, so I thought it would be okay if you connect it normally.
But seeing that doesn't work, I don't think Data should work even if it's in the Data Store because it doesn't have a shell. Is it correct?
