Hello! In the environment of Arc GIS Server rest API (version 10.1) I would like to generate KML from map service. After opening the file in Google Earth, objects are offseted by 130 meters. I have feeling that it generates projected coordinates and that's why I have this result. Can anyone help me how to fix the problem and how to use properly map services in google earth?
