While ArcMap offers the "Group Analysis" tool wondering how one finds the optimal number of cluster groups? Is there a way within ArcMap to create (say) a spree plot or gap statistic to obtain within sum of square errors. I can do it using the acrgisbinding library in R but wanted to know if those capabilities are available in ArcGIS?
